What is your QA process?

We have an internal tool which flags to us when sources we are tracking redirect to another source, or stop publishing content altogether.

Our team will then add new feeds or retag existing ones if necessary. Our sources are categorized by a ‘traffic system’, showing sources that are active, inactive (hasn’t published in a week), or disabled.

Our team also performs weekly checks on our coverage in Spike, to ensure the correct content is being shown within our country, language or topic filters.
