I’m receiving too many alerts!
Oh, no! Our real-time alerts can be a bit sensitive (don’t worry, you won’t upset them). When setting up alerts on a panel for the first time, it’s recommended to start with a low sensitivity and increase over time if necessary. You can adjust the alert settings for all of your panels in Spike’s alert center.
I'm not receiving my email alerts!
First things first, check that these emails are not automatically redirected to the Spam folder. If not and you have just recently stopped receiving alerts, it may be due to a change in how your IT team processes emails from outside of the organization that causes our emails to get queued by your mail server.
If the problem persists, please contact our team at email@example.com and we can check the status from our end.
