How can I find my invoice?
If your account is set up on recurring credit card payments, the account administrator can log into Spike to view invoices.
Once logged in, click on your name at the top lefthand side of the screen and select "Invoices" from the dropdown menu.
Hit "View" to see your Invoice
How to change your credit card or billing information?
You can change your payment method at any time if you're the administrator of your account. To update your card details, follow the instructions below.
Once logged in, as the account administrator, click on the tab with your name and click on "Change Payment Info"
Enter your new credit card information and click "Update Card Info"
